Dairy Gold 22 is a pellet feed with 20–22% protein and added bypass fat, for high-yielding cows and buffaloes. On pellet, we suggest it for animals giving more than 14 litres a day; below that, Dairy Gold 18 Pellet is usually enough.
Give about 1 to 1.5 kg a day for the body's own needs (less with plenty of good green fodder), then 1 kg for every 2.5 to 3 litres of cow milk, or every 2 to 2.5 litres of buffalo milk. Split it into two or three meals, keep fodder and water in front of the animal, and change the amount gradually over a week to ten days. The Feed Calculator works out the figure for your animal.
